This track takes place simultaneously with Smellville, after the events of my previous release Hoodie Rave (moule.bandcamp.com/track/hoodie-rave), and is released alongside Smellville as part of the Smellville and Smellody EP. Melville and Melody have finished setting up their aromatherapy store, called Smellville. Sitting on her favourite beanbag, Melody, Melville's new girlfriend, adopts the name "Smellody" and integrates speakers in air diffusers that spray certain smells in timing to her guitar chord progressions, inviting everyone to smell her music as well as hear it.

Smellody was created on October 10, 2015 and finished shortly after, making this my 2nd ever finished track, between Panthalassa and Indigo. It was originally called "Strange Things". It was meant to be the precursor to another track called "Stranger Things" (NOT related to the TV show), which ended up becoming Island within an Island: moule.bandcamp.com/track/island-within-an-island. It too was remastered in March 2023 and is my 86th track release.
