After messing around with the same bleepy sound used in California Grizzly, I knew I was making a night-themed track. The idea behind "Nightlife" then became something sounding like a fun night out in town. The characters in this are Melissa, the beehive-haired deer, and her skunk boyfriend Melville!

Fun facts: Nightlife was...

  • Originally called "Neon" but sounded too synthwavey
  • Originally a sequel to California Grizzly
  • Inspired by the "Casino Park" stage in Sonic Heroes!
  • Created on the same day my previous release "LET'S GOOOOOOO!!" was created, on the 2°C morning of June 22, 2021.
  • It's my 141st finished track and 61st release.
